SHIPPING Shipping options are chosen by the customer upon check out. Wellari currently ships within the United States and Internationally. Once the customer’s order ships, they will be notified via email with tracking information. Wellari is not responsible for the correct shipping address entered by the customer as, packages are shipped to the address provided on the order. Wellari is not held responsible for delays by the USPS, UPS and FedEx or for lost or damaged items caused by the USPS, UPS and FedEx. Customers may change their “ship to” address as long as their change request is made within 24hrs of their order being placed. When this happens, we ask them to provide their order #.
RETURNS Personalized/ Customized Items: Due to the nature of personalized pieces; bars, circles or anything we have personalized, refunds will ONLY be given if a mistake is made on our part. All personalized items are carefully hand stamped by us. No two stampings are exactly the same! Letters & numbers may not be perfectly straight, properly aligned or spaced. Initials may also be slightly visible on opposite side of charms. These are normal variations of stamped jewelry and make your piece one of a kind.
Other Market Items: Due to the majority of our pieces being made to order, Wellari items are eligible for exchange only IF the product is returned within 3 days and remains in its original packaging. This includes apparel as we print to order as well. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
WARRANTIES We offer a 60 day warranty on any chain or clasp defects. Customers should email us right away if they’re having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp (hello@wellari.com), so we can resolve the issue. If a customer’s necklace breaks after the 60 day time frame, they can contact us and we will replace their chain. If customers are unhappy with the length of an item (that is not customized), they can email us (hello@wellari.com) and we will work with them to resolve the issue.The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $8 re-working fee.
JEWELRY CARE RECOMMENDATION To help prevent tarnishing, customers should store their pieces in a clean, dry anti-tarnish bag similar to the one provided. Customers should not wear their jewellery in the shower, hot tub or swimming pool. Humidity can speed up the oxidation process that causes tarnishing. Customers should minimize jewellery contact to chemicals such as lotions, hair sprays and perfume. For cleaning, customers should use a silver cloth on silver items.

If you tag us on social media or like us on Facebook you are deemed to have provided that content and/or photographs to us. If we have collected your details from an enquiry you have made, we will hold your contact details and details of information that we send to you.
